Faith Deliverance is a church located in Centreville, IL that focuses on bible based teaching. We are committed to bringing the good news of the gospel to our community and far beyond! We are a family, and welcome all with open arms! Bishop James L. Franklin & Pastor Addie C. Franklin are the co-founders and former lead pastors of the original church, City On The Hill Ministries. In 2018, the leadership mantel was passed on to our current leader Pastor Donte Samuels and First Lady Tonya Samuels, who is the daughter of our founding co-pastors. In 2019 the ministry was rebranded and underwent a name change to better reflect the new missions and beliefs. We are now Faith Deliverance Ministries!

Our Lead Pastor & First Lady also serve as the leaders of our Sisterhood & Brotherhood (Women's & Men's Ministries). They are passionate about serving our community and winning souls for Christ.

Naomi Neal
As the oldest and only girl, Naomi takes her role as a leader to heart! She is an extremely talented musician and vocalist. She is a greatly intelligent young lady and filled with the Holy Spirit.

Donte Samuels Jr.
The middle child and his father's namesake. DJ is a wonderful musician who plays the drums, harmonica and bass. He is an anointed young man of God, and has a bright future in cybersecurity.

Davin Samuels
The youngest of the Samuels crew who has already proven to be a talented musician as well! Davin plays the bass and the guitar. It is evident that God's favor flows through him and he continues to grow.

Naomi & her husband, Aadem Neal, are a force to be reckoned with in the Music Ministry. They are both strong vocalists, proficient at playing different instruments and powerful ministers.
The Samuels PKs are all very close, and growing up in the church has helped them become an integral part of our ministry!
